Salsa Chicken is one of the easiest, tastiest recipes ever. With only 4 main ingredients, it can be on your table in about an hour making it perfect for a weeknight meal.

Salsa Chicken
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: sour cream, black olives, fresh chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken breasts in an ungreased 9x13 baker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts. Pour salsa over the top. Bake 40-50 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. If desired, top with sour cream, black olives, and fresh chopped cilantro.
